Patient Portal

Patients are provided with secure, 24/7 access to their health records through the AdvancedMD Patient Portal. Patients can safely and easily: Send and receive secure messages to/from their provider, update demographic information, view upcoming appointments, access after visit summaries, and make refill requests.

HIPAA
